Scott Monty, the Global Head of social media at Ford Motor Company, last week released a very interesting presentation on Slideshare regarding the use of Google+ at Ford. In the presentation below, you can find all ins and outs about Ford’s strategy on this new social network by Google, the testing via different accounts (and the earned media they got for those try-outs dat Ford in differing media), the use of cirkles, hangouts and delivering the right content to the right people.
Comments are not the same as conversations, Monty states in his presentation, and we can only adhere to that. A bit of basic knowledge about Google+ is probably required if you want to fully understand Monty’s story, check out more basic information about the network here in this presentation. Find the presentation on SlideShare below, we think it rocks.
